Villanova University
Villanova University, one of the largest and oldest Catholic universities in the United States, was founded in 1842 by a small group of Augustinians. Over the past 150 years, Villanova has grown from a group of seven scholars to a thriving university. MBTA has supported Villanova for many years on a variety of athletic and planning projects, including a master plan to revitalize the central campus courtyard by linking pathways, opening vistas and unifying building facades, and the design for a new athletic and recreational center, which connects to the central campus activities.
