The Woodlands Master Plan
Woodlands Connects , a ten - year master plan, was developed as part of a comprehensive effort that included strategic and interpretive planning to reimagine the everyday use of this National Historic Landmark property and active urban cemetery . The physical changes that are recommended began with a survey of current users and assessment of current use patterns throughout the site and were informed by the goals and strategies for the interpretation of the site and the engagement o f the surrounding community.
